Luxury Income Club Stylists - Code of Conduct Below is a list of guidelines regarding the Delortae Agency™ Luxury Income Club Stylist Programme:

 

1. Stylist are not permitted to claim association or endorsements

All trademarks and logos are owned by their respective designers, no copyright or trademark law has been infringed by the retailing of these items. Additionally please note that our website contains numerous trademarks which can belong both to our company and third party companies. Using the logos, icons and service names is prohibited in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers or may imply any affiliation , and will be considered a violation of copyright law and our ethical code of conduct.

 

2. Authentic Only Policy Resale

Luxury Income Club stylist are prohibited from the reselling of counterfeit products. Only products that have been supplied by Delortae Agency™ UK Luxury Online Store can be advertised or promoted as authentic under the Luxury Income Club name.

 

3. Stylist agree against mis reprsentation

Luxury Income Club stylist are not permitted to claim they are affiliated or endorsed by any of the major brands that they sell unless with express permission from the luxury brand in question. Neither can a Luxury Income Club Stylist mislead clients by suggesting or implying any such authorised representation.

 

4. Using the Delortae Agency™ Luxury Income Club names in a domain name

Any affiliate who intends to market a Delortae Agency Group name, including but not limited to Delortae Agency™ Luxury Income Club, in a top-level domain (eg. www.luxuryincome.club) must obtain written consent from Delortae Agency Group prior to execution. Each marketing plan is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Sample Affiliate Disclaimer

Affiliates who have obtained written approval from Delortae Agency Group to use Delortae Agency™ LuxuryOnLineStore in a top-level domain must include an affiliate disclaimer in the site footer. For example: “This website is independently owned by an affiliate marketer of Delortae Agency™ Luxury Income Club. It is not sponsored by Delortae Agency Group, LuxuryIncomeBuilder, LuxuryProfitBuilder, Delortae Agency™ Luxury Income Club are registered trademarks of their respective owners.”

 

6. Using the Delortae Agency™ Luxury Income Club name in URLs, ads or promotions

While we encourage you to use our brand in your promotions on your site, prior consent is required by Delortae Agency Group for use of the term Delortae Agency™ LuxuryOnLineStore in Facebook, Twitter, MySpace or other social networking site URLs.

 

7. Promoting affiliate links on Twitter with the hashtag #DelortaeAgency  #LuxuryIncomeClub

While we encourage our Affiliates to engage and participate in DelortaeAgency-related discussions using the Twitter hashtag #DelortaeAgency, spam links that include an obscured affiliate link are prohibited.

 

8. Using Affiliate Links on Pinterest

While we encourage you to pin our content to your boards, undisclosed affiliate links on Luxury Income Club  / Delortae Agency-related Pinterest pins are strictly prohibited.

 

9. Buying products & services using your own Affiliate link

As a general rule, Affiliates are not eligible for commissions on purchases made through your own affiliate link. However, we recognize there may be situations where your business makes sales in such a way that this process is preferable. Since we monitor transactions for self-sales, we ask that you get in touch with us before you begin using your own links for sales so we can set up an arrangement that meets your processing needs.

 

10. Violation of Affiliate Program

If you have a concern that you may be violating any of our guidelines, please contact us. Chances are, we can find a way to work through this without any issue. That said, Luxury Income Club  Affiliates found to be in violation of the Luxury Income Club Affiliate Program Guidelines will forfeit commissions relating to either the specific transaction in violation or all commissions assigned. Excessive violations will result in termination of the violating party’s Affiliate account. We’d really prefer not to go there, so please get in touch with us if you have any questions whatsoever. Important Note!

If any Luxury Income Club independent Stylist is found to have breached or be in violation of in or or more of these rules it will result in a reversal of any commission they may have been entitled to and non payment of future sales. The company reserve the right to terminate the stylist immediately and without prior warning.

 

*Self-generated commission refers to commission that is generated through one’s own purchase. For instance you create an affiliate account solely so you can make purchases for our service or product and receive discount from your own affiliate link.
